How we got started...
iHelp Tech Support started out as a couple of school district computer technicians who were fixing computers on the side. We started getting more and more request from district personnel to fix their home computers that we needed to create a new company to handle this increase in support needs.
Our training was based on being helpful, courteous, responsible and service oriented. We were responsible for maintaining a large deployment of computers and other technology devices. We had to be fast and accurate in fixing technology issues. We bring this experience to iHelp Tech Support. We train all our staff to be as helpful as possible.
We have over 20 years experience working with the staff and students in computer repair and network troubleshooting. We base our service on the principles of honesty, helpfulness, reliability, affordability. We are trained technology professionals interested in only solving your problems. We are not salesman who will try to sell you unneeded upgrades or repairs.
